Become a Community Partner

You can make a BIG impact on the lives of service members, veterans, wounded heroes, and their families

Soldiers' Angels is looking for Community Partners to help us with the work we are doing to support military families, wounded heroes, deployed service members, and veterans. In order to keep our overhead low and provide as much support as we can to these brave men and women, we team up with groups and individuals who are excited to be a part of our mission.

What's a Community Partner?

Community Partners are simply groups of people who help support our efforts to ensure that no soldier goes unloved. A community partner can be a business, organization, civic group, church, school or any group of people willing to help Soldiers’ Angels support our military throughout the year.

Our Community Partnerships run from January 1-December 31. They can start at any time during the year but end at the end of the year.

What do Community Partners Do?

As a community partner, you can do a number of things to help – it all depends on your resources and interest. Here are some immediate needs that you may be able to help with.

1. Host a Collection Drive for Used Technology

You can collect and recycle technology products or even printer and toner cartridges. The proceeds from the reuse and recycling of donated items will be sent to Soldiers' Angels. Learn more about collection drives for used technology here.

2. Host a Collection Drive for Wish List Items

You can also host a collection drive for wish list items to be used in care packages, hygiene kits, sack lunches for homeless vets and to stock VA snack bars. In order to be considered a community partner, your group will need to collect 50 of our wish list items and mail them to an address provided by us.

3. Collect Monetary Donations

It costs us approximately $15 to mail each care package and $45 to stuff and mail a care package. Organizing a fundraiser in partnership with us helps us keep sending smiles and much-needed items overseas. To be a community partner, groups are asked to raise a minimum of $150 from monetary collections during the calendar year in which your group is participating.
